Human Ecology Undergraduate Conference Grant
Brief description of the award:
Human Ecology will award undergraduate students small grants (maximum $500) for expenses associated with conference, paper or poster presentation.
The Department of Human Ecology will award undergraduate students small grants (maximum $500) for expenses associated with presenting a paper or a poster at a conference. Application forms can be downloaded from the Human Ecology website
If attendance at a conference is dependent on confirmation of approval of funds, the request should be submitted at least six weeks prior to the date the conference organizers require confirmation of attendance•When your application is approved, you will receive information about how to submit your expense claim
Eligible items include: travel, accommodations, conference registration fees, and poster printing
To be eligible for funding, students must be the first author on the paper/poster and the presenter at the conference.
Students will only be eligible to receive a conference grant once during their program
